▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An ultra-light sound-absorbing material comprises a composite material including sound-absorbing layers (A) and (B), adhesive layers (A) and (B), and a substrate layer from top to bottom. The sound-absorbing layer (A) comprises 50-75 pts. wt. feather velvet, 30-42 pts. wt. sound-absorbing cotton, 18-25 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate (PET), 13-25 pts. wt. polyolefin elastic fiber, 7-15 pts. wt. methacryloxysilane, and 3-7 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin adhesive. The adhesive layer (A) comprises graphene foam, polylactic acid foam, or polyurethane foam. The sound-absorbing layer (B) comprises 35-48 pts. wt. PTFE superfine fiber, 20-35 pts. wt. flax fiber, and 15-25 pts. wt. polypropylene fiber. The adhesive layer (B) is made of ultra-light lattice aluminum material. The substrate layer comprises 34-50 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber, 23-25 pts. wt. paper clay, 13-20 pts. wt. PET short fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. sepiolite wool, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. surface modifier. USE - Ultra-light sound-absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-light sound-absorbing material has excellent sound absorption performance, strength, and anti-falling rigid framework structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the ultra-light sound-absorbing material, which involves: (1) preparing raw materials by preparing the sound-absorbing layer (A) by adding feather velvet, sound-absorbing cotton, PET, polyolefin elastic fiber, methacryloxysilane, and thermoplastic resin adhesive to a meltblown machine, and spinning at 220-230 degrees C, preparing the sound-absorbing layer (B) by adding PTFE superfine fiber, flax fiber and polypropylene fiber to the meltblown machine, and spinning at 260-280 degrees C, and preparing the substrate layer by evenly mixing modified carbon fiber, paper clay, PET short fiber, sepiolite wool and surface modifier in a high-speed mixer, then calendaring to form a film layer, cooling, shaping, coiling, curing, and cutting; and (2) adhering the sound-absorbing layer (A), the adhesive layer (A), the sound-absorbing layer (B), the adhesive layer (B) and the substrate layer from top to bottom by bonding method.
