NOVELTY - Surface modified mixed ion conductor solid electrolyte material comprises solid electrolyte particles and graphene layer coated on the surface of the solid electrolyte particle. The solid electrolyte particle includes Li(x-4y+9)ZrySixP(3-x)O12, where x is more than 0 and less than 3, y is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 2. USE - The surface modified mixed ion conductor solid electrolyte material is useful in diaphragm of lithium battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solid electrolyte material has stable zirconium and silicon element, as the electrolyte layer in the lithium battery, so that the performance of the battery is more stable in the charging and discharging process of the lithium battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a preparation method of the surface modified mixed ion conductor solid electrolyte material; and (2) a diaphragm.
