NOVELTY - The production of graphene involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water, obtaining aqueous solution of graphene oxide, immersing foam in graphene oxide solution, preparing hole loaded with graphene hydrogel metal foam, impregnating with graphene oxide solution, freeze-drying nickel foam, obtaining graphene aerogel hole loaded with metal foam, loading resulting hole graphene hydrogel with metal foam, loading graphene aerogel with metal foam, taking metal foam as template, obtaining graphene-containing substrate, etching graphene-containing polymer substrate and cleaning. USE - Production of three-dimensional graphene used in adsorption field. ADVANTAGE - The method produces three-dimensional graphene by simple process with high-quality, and has excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of three-dimensional graphene involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, obtaining aqueous solution of graphene oxide, immersing three-dimensional metal foam in graphene oxide solution obtained by hydrothermal method or chemical reduction, preparing hole loaded with graphene hydrogel three-dimensional metal foam, directly impregnating with graphene oxide solution, freeze-drying nickel foam, obtaining graphene aerogel hole loaded with three-dimensional metal foam, loading resulting hole graphene hydrogel with three-dimensional metal foam by lyophilization, loading graphene aerogel with three-dimensional metal foam, taking the three-dimensional metal foam as a template, obtaining three-dimensional graphene-containing substrate by chemical vapor deposition method, protecting resulting three-dimensional graphene-containing polymer substrate, etching and cleaning.
