NOVELTY - Nitrogen-doped graphene catalytic film has a base film and a nitrogen-doped graphene-nano silicon dioxide catalyst. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene catalytic film for efficiently activating persulfate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalytic membrane can effectively activate persulfate, reduce the adhesion of membrane surface pollution, and the preparation process of the catalytic membrane is simple, and the reaction condition temperature has certain economic feasibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a nitrogen-doped graphene catalytic film, which involves: (A) soaking the nano-silica in the alcohol or ketone solution of the amino-containing silane coupling agent, making the surface positively charged by surface grafting, then drying, grinding, and dispersing in water; (B) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid with the nano-silica dispersion liquid; (C) heating and stirring uniformly; (D) placing the mixed dispersion in a container lined with polytetrafluoroethylene; (E) adding ammonia water; (F) reacting under the conditions of high pressure, high temperature, and uniform stirring; (G) cooling, washing and drying to remove the water content, coating, filtering, chemical grafting, blending and doping, electrostatic spinning or hydrothermal one-step synthesis process; and (H) combining the organic and inorganic base film with nitrogen-doped graphene-nano silicon dioxide catalyst to obtain a nitrogen-doped graphene-nano-silica catalyst.
