▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene powder material comprises (i) using roll-to-roll plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition device for continuously preparing vertical graphene array on copper foil, where the reaction process requires introduction of reducing gas and carbon source gas; (ii) passing prepared vertical graphene copper foil through spray area of polymethyl methacrylate using a winding system, and uniformly spraying polymethyl methacrylate solution on side with vertical graphene, slowly passing through an oven, heating and curing 105 degrees C, taking out, taking advantage of poor bonding force between the vertical graphene array and copper foil, using the mechanical peeling method to directly peel off the cured vertical graphene polymethyl methacrylate polymer layer from copper foil, soaking in acetone solution and dissolving the solidified polymethyl methacrylate to obtain graphene suspension; and (iii) separating graphene suspension by filtration, placing into ball mill, and grinding. USE - The material is useful as a additive material. ADVANTAGE - The material has large sheet area, and high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.
