▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antibacterial ceramic glaze comprises 10-20 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 20-30 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium hexafluorosilicate, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 9-16 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 12-17 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 5-8 pts. wt. spodumene, 3-6 pts. wt. boric acid, 2-5 pts. wt. copper oxide, and 40-60 pts. wt. silicon dioxide. USE - Used as the antibacterial ceramic glaze. ADVANTAGE - The glaze: excellent antibacterial properties, which reaches to 99%. The method: simple; is conducive to industrial production; and has good market prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the ceramic glaze comprising (a) grinding montmorillonite, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium hexafluorosilicate, graphene oxide, zirconium silicate, nano-calcium carbonate, spodumene, copper oxide, and silicon dioxide separately to obtain grinding material of each raw material, and (b) mixing abrasives of the different raw materials uniformly, adding boric acid, mixing uniformly, and preparing slurry.
