NOVELTY - The nickel-carbon-phosphorus-based electroless composite coating has 30-40 grams per liter nickel salt, 0.88-88 grams per liter reducing agent, 10-20 grams per liter graphene, 25-35 milliliter per liter complexing agent, 0.4-0.8 gram per liter sodium silicate and 0.4-0.8 gram per liter polyethylene glycol. The coating further includes a stabilizer selected from the compounds of group IV elements. USE - Nickel-carbon-phosphorus-based electroless composite coating for e.g. ball bearing, sink roll. ADVANTAGE - Improves performance efficiency and service life of the ball bearing and sink roll.
