▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene molecular sieve coated aluminum foil comprises aluminum base and graphene coating, where graphene coating is provided on at least one side of the aluminum base, and graphene coating is composed of 50-70 pts. wt. graphene mother liquor, 20-35 pts. wt. molecular sieve, 5-15 pts. wt. filler and 3-10 pts. wt. adhesive. USE - Used as graphene molecular sieve coated aluminum foil. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum foil has long service life, excellent corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, excellent ductility, excellent reworkability and improved conductivity, excellent heat dissipation and anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene molecular sieve coated aluminum foil comprising (i) preparing graphene mother liquor, adding dispersing agent into nano-scale graphene, and performing ultrasonic vibration to form mother liquid, where the ultrasonic frequency is 10-30 KHZ, and shaking time is 0.5-3 hours; weight ratio between nano-scale graphene and dispersing agent is 0.5:2; and dispersing agent is composed of polyacrylamide, benzotriazole, acrylic acid, ethanol, diethanolamine and water in a weight ratio of 1:0.8:1.5:2:1, (ii) mixing and stirring polymethacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, water and ethyl acetate in a weight ratio of 1:0.8:0.8:1.5:1 to form adhesive, (iii) mixing and stirring silica, bentonite, alumina, diatomaceous earth and mineral powder, then heating at 500 degrees C and then incubating for 1 hours to activate, cooling to normal temperature, freezing at -50 degrees C for certain hour, then placing in milling equipment for ultrafine pulverization until the particles are below 100 nm, introducing nitrogen during milling, and then stirring to form filler, (iv) mixing graphene mother liquor, molecular sieve, filler and adhesive to form mixed liquid, and (v) curing coating, and then coating mixed liquid on aluminum base, and then drying and solidifying, and then drying in tunnel machine, where curing time is 30-75 seconds, the curing temperature is 220-260 degrees C.
