NOVELTY - Wear-resistant and high-hardness powder coating comprises 100 pts. wt. matrix resin, 7-8 pts. wt. modified filler, 3-4 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 0.8-1 pts. wt. defoamer, 1.1-1.3 pts. wt. leveling agent, the modified filler is prepared through mixing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) grafted graphene and N,N-dimethylformamide, setting the temperature at 20°C, adding octenyl succinic anhydride, stirring and reacting for 3 hours, after the reaction is completed, filtering and drying to obtain a modified filler, the dosage ratio of POSS grafted graphene, N,N-dimethylformamide and octenyl succinic anhydride is 5 g: 100 ml: 1 g. USE - Used as wear-resistant and high-hardness powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has stable mechanical property, and has good wear resistance and good appearance performance, can prevent the expansion of the micro-crack and by adjusting the component of the matrix resin, improves the hardness and wear resistance of the cured coating.
