The first and second heat-conducting shielding layers are provided with a graphene and light shielding material. USE - Organic LED display device. ADVANTAGE - The device has prolonged service life and high radiating efficiency, and avoids peripheral light leakage of an OLED display device body, prevents the device body from water vapor entering, utilizes the graphene material to improve thermal conductivity and electric conductivity and improves product quality.
