▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The conductor has a nano pattern (20) arranged on a substrate (10). A graphene layer (30) is arranged over the nano pattern. The nano pattern comprises a set of linear structures extending in same direction, where each of the set of linear structures is spaced apart from each other of the set of linear structures. The nano pattern comprises sets of regularly spaced first and second linear structures extending in first and second directions. The first linear structures intersect with the second linear structures to form a regular lattice. USE - Conductor. ADVANTAGE - The conductor includes the nano-patterned substrate, in which heat transfer characteristics are improved, and electrical characteristics of the graphene layer are maintained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a conductor.
