▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene fibers involves preparing (S100) a source solution comprising graphene oxide, spinning (S200) the source solution with a base solution containing a heterogeneous element to produce oxidized graphene fibers, separating, washing, drying (S300) the graphene fibers from the base solution to obtain oxidized graphene fibers comprising the heterogeneous elements, and heat treating (S400) the oxidized graphene fibers. The elongation percentage of the graphene fibers is controlled, based on concentration and the spinning rate of the source solution. USE - Manufacture of graphene fibers. Uses include but are not limited to rechargeable battery, solar cell, fiber-type electronic apparatus, and automobile and lighting application. ADVANTAGE - The method provides highly-orientated graphene fibers having high circularity and high tensile rate, and excellent mechanical property and electroconductivity, by economical process.
