NOVELTY - A graphene hybrid composite material comprises porous network graphene and epoxy resin perfused and cured in porous network graphene, where the porous network graphene is obtained by combining poly-p-phenylene terephthalamide on the graphene sheet to form a porous network, freeze-drying and performing carbonization treatment. USE - The graphene hybrid composite material is used in conductive materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin system penetrates into the porous network structure and is cured at room temperature, forming a whole with each other has extremely high bonding strength, solves the problem of direct addition of nano-graphene, poor dispersion and easy agglomeration. The porous network hinders the movement of epoxy resin molecular chains, hinders the generation and expansion of micro-cracks and enhances the compression properties of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the graphene hybrid composite material comprising (S1) stirring the bisphenol A epoxy resin, polyacrylamide, filler, and toner at 40-50℃ for 10-60 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding aromatic amine curing agent, accelerator and diluent and continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes and vacuum-defoaming to obtain epoxy resin system, where the accelerator comprises accelerator DyhardUR500 (RTM: 1,1'-(4-Methyl-1,3-phenylene)bis(3,3-dimethylurea))and 3-mercapto propionate, (S2) adding graphene oxide and poly-p-phenylene terephthalamide to water and stirring uniformly, adding hydrogen iodide and stirring at room temperature for 1-2 hours, sealing, leaving at 70-80℃ for 10-20 hours, soaking in water for 1-3 days, changing the water every 2-5 hours, freeze-drying and carrying out carbonization treatment in a nitrogen atmosphere for 10-30 minutes, where the carbonization temperature is 800-1000℃ and cooling at room temperature to obtain porous network graphene and (S3) adding the porous network graphene to a container, vacuum-filtering and pouring the epoxy resin system, solidifying at room temperature and trimming the edge to obtain the graphene hybrid composite material.
