NOVELTY - A three-dimensional printing graphene composite material comprises 4.8-7.6 pts. wt. graphene, 23.9-30.4 pts. wt. waste plastic, 32.8-38.2 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 12.4-22.7 pts. wt. potassium diphosphate, 17.6-24.5 pts. wt. acrylate, 8.9-17.3 pts. wt. specific synthetic agent, and 4.7-9.5 pts. wt. starch synthesis agent. USE - Three-dimensional printing graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite material has high quality, large tensile strength, bending strength, notch impact strength, heat distortion temperature, melt index, impact resistance and strength during three dimensional printing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-dimensional printing graphene composite material comprises 4.8-7.6 pts. wt. graphene, 23.9-30.4 pts. wt. waste plastic, 32.8-38.2 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 12.4-22.7 pts. wt. potassium diphosphate, 17.6-24.5 pts. wt. acrylate, 8.9-17.3 pts. wt. specific synthetic agent, and 4.7-9.5 pts. wt. starch synthesis agent. The specific synthetic agent comprises 15-22 pts. wt. adjusting agent, 12-18 pts. wt. generating agent, 10-15 pts. wt. first coupling agent, 12-16 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 9-12 pts. wt. first plasticizer, 6-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-9 pts. wt. coagulant, 3-5 pts. wt. terminating agent and 2-4 pts. wt. first stabilizer. The starch synthesis agent comprises 80-130 pts. wt. starch, 10-16 pts. wt. dimethyl glutarate, 8-13 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide, 2-5 pts. wt. epichlorohydrin, 0.5-3.5 pts. wt. urea, 1-2 pts. wt. gelatin, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. second coupling agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. initiator, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. second stabilizer, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.4-0.9 pt. wt. second plasticizer, 0.3-0.7 pt. wt. toughening agent, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. tackifier, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. water resistant agent, and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antimicrobial agent. The second coupling agent is titanate coupling agent. The initiator is ethylene glycol azobisisobutyrate. The catalyst is platinum catalyst. The second stabilizer is organotin stabilizer. The defoamer is polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether. The second plasticizer is bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate. The toughening agent is polypropylene rubber. The tackifier is propyltrimethoxysilane. The water resistant agent is boric acid. The antimicrobial agent is lithium carbonate. The graphene composite material is prepared by: (A) purchasing two-dimensional graphene material, and pretreating to obtain primary graphene powder; (B) crushing waste plastic through hard plastic crusher, washing to remove surface dirt, naturally drying, adding to low-temperature pulverizer containing nitrogen or dry ice, crushing at - 90 degrees C to - 110 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and sieving through 400-600 mesh sieve; (C) adding primary graphene powder, polylactic acid, potassium diphosphate, acrylate and specific synthetic agents, heating to 202-218 degrees C while stirring at speed of 200-400 revolutions/minute for 2.1-3.2 hours, and cooling to room temperature; and (D) crushing at - 90 degrees C to - 110 degrees C, adding starch synthesis agent, mixing, adding to screw extruder, and extruding at 180-200 degrees C at speed of 110-130 revolutions/minute. The specific synthetic agent is prepared by mixing generating agent, first coupling agent, compatibilizer and antioxidant at 117-128 degrees C and at speed of 100-200 revolutions/minute for 68-82 minutes, adding adjusting agent and coagulant, mixing, heating to 143-156 degrees C while stirring at speed of 300-400 revolutions/minute for 145-232 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, mixing, and cooling to 108-125 degrees C at speed of 200-300 revolutions/minute for 62-135 minutes. The starch synthesis agent is prepared by preparing starch slurry having concentration of 18-25 degree Baume and pH of 3.1-3.8, adding 4-8 wt.% dimethyl glutarate, N,N-dimethylacetamide, second coupling agent and catalyst, stirring at 42-58 degrees C while stirring at speed of 70-100 revolutions/minute to carry out crosslinking graft reaction for 2.5-3.5 hours, adding paste agent, adjusting pH to 9.1-9.8, adding remaining raw materials except second stabilizer and defoamer, stirring at 55-61 degrees C at speed of 80-120 revolutions/minute for 1.2-1.8 hours, adding second stabilizer, adjusting pH to 8.3-8.5, heating to 73-77 degrees C to gelatinize for 50-55 minutes, cooling to 30-33 degrees C, adding defoamer, and stirring at speed of 90-130 revolutions/minute for 8-12 minutes.
