NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-permeable concrete composite material involves dispersing graphene oxide in portion of mixed water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion suspension, adding the graphene oxide dispersion suspension to cement, stirring evenly to obtain cement slurry, adding aggregate and remaining mixed water to the cement slurry, mixing evenly, adding permeable concrete enhancer, stirring well to obtain graphene oxide-permeable concrete composite material with water-cement ratio of 1:4-2:5. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-permeable concrete composite material used for preparing base plate used in treatment of plant or refuse landfill sewage e.g. black and smelly water (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide-permeable concrete composite material having compressive strength of 45-55 MPa, flexural strength of 5-6 MPa, excellent absorption capacity of heavy metal ion e.g. divalent lead ion, ammonia and nitrogen removal rate improved by 2 times, and total phosphorus removal rate improved by 1.5 times.
