NOVELTY - An oxidized graphene and glass fiber reinforced PVC composite material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. PVC, 5-30 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0-1 pt. wt. glass fiber surface treatment graphene oxide agent, 3-15 pts. wt. compatibility agent, 0-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide filler and 1-4 pts. wt. other additives. USE - Oxidized graphene and glass fiber reinforced PVC composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is obtained by a simple preparation process and is provided with excellent mechanical properties. The preparation cost is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of oxidized graphene and glass fiber reinforced PVC composite material, which involves weighing 0-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide surface treating agent to prepare 0.2 mg/ml solution, dispersing 5-30 pts. wt. glass fibers into the prepared graphene oxide solution and stirring the mixture at 200 rpm for 24 hours, to get rid of moisture evaporated into the oven, mixing 60-90 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin in 5-30 pts. wt. glass fiber surface treatment graphene oxide agent, 3-15 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0-1 pt. wt. filler graphene oxide and 1-4 pts. wt. other additives in high temperature mixer, adding the mixed material in a twin-screw extruder for blending, extrusion and injection molding to obtain graphene oxide and glass fiber reinforced PVC composite material.
