NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a surface with multiple strip-shaped flexible substrates in parallel to each other. A graphene layer (5) is prepared on a flexible substrate (6). A graphene layer is covered on a strip-shaped structure (2). Stretching force of a stretching state is released to obtain a fluorinated structure. A surface of a graphene layer of the strip-shaped structure is formed to be fluorinated with wrinkles. A to-be-fluinated structure is fluorinated to obtain a tension sensor. USE - Method for preparing a tension sensor (claimed) used in motion detection, medical monitoring and human-machine interface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the tension sensor with simple orientation and characteristics technique, and can distinguish the strain direction of the tension sensor.
