NOVELTY - The device (31) has a substrate placed at a flexible, stretchable and transparent layer. A porous graphene layer includes a set of pores, where the porous graphene layer includes a graphene ribbon i.e. graphene nanoribbon and an additional graphene ribbon. The graphene ribbons are aligned. The porous graphene layer includes a set of graphene nanoribbons. Graphene electrodes (17, 18) are a graphene conductor and a continuous layer of graphene. The porous graphene layer electrically connects the graphene electrodes. USE - Graphene device. ADVANTAGE - The device alters electrical properties of components comprising the graphene ribbons by changing width of the ribbon or the ribbons, thus providing high charge carrier mobility, ballistic transport, high current density, high thermal conductivity and possibility to control the electrical properties.
