▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-30 pts. wt. paraffin wax, 50-70 pts. wt. brucite, 2-8 pts. wt. aluminate, 40-60 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 15-20 pts. wt. polyphosphoric acid amine, 5-15 pts. wt. melamine and 15-25 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate (APP). USE - Graphene halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene (PP) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant polypropylene has excellent elongation rate, tensile strength, impact strength, oxygen index and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the production method of graphene halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene, which involves weighing graphene, polypropylene, paraffin, brucite, aluminate, magnesium hydroxide, zinc oxide, polyphosphate, melamine and ammonium polyphosphate (APP), stirring the feed at 90 degrees C for 40 minutes at the speed of 1000 rpm, evenly mixing the mixture, and melting and plasticizing in twin-screw extruder at the extrusion temperature of 205 degrees C, 210 degrees C, 220 degrees C, 225 degrees C, 220 degrees C and 210 degrees C under the screw speed of 85 rpm.
