ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene masterbatch of polypropylene material in simple manner, is easy to realize, which has improves heat-conducting property and antibacterial property, and has smooth and compact structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene masterbatch of polypropylene material involves mixing of polypropylene raw material and graphene by pulverizing polypropylene raw material, reaching polypropylene powder over 50-80 mesh, mixing with graphene material and continuously stirring. The graphene material to be uniformly distributed on polypropylene powder, mixed material into a circulating boiler for heat treatment, and added buffer to improved dispersion and penetration effect. The temperature inside circulating boiler further increased and stirred, and graphene material uniformly dispersed and dissolved. The masterbatch slurry is dissolved, cooled, and granulated to obtain final product.
