▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite material comprises alpha -silver vanadate, graphene oxide and silver phosphate, where alpha -silver vanadate interacts with graphene oxide to form nanowire structure, and nanowires are composited with silver phosphate nanoparticles. USE - The composite material is useful as photocatalyst to degrade organic contaminants (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has 100% degradation rate of rhodamine B in 3 hours under visible light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material comprising (i) formulating silver nitrate and ammonium metavanadate into aqueous solution, and adding ammonium metavanadate solution into silver nitrate solution to form suspension, (ii) adding graphene oxide dispersion into suspension and stirring mixture, and performing hydrothermal reaction at 140-200 degrees C for 2-12 hours to obtain crude product suspension, (iii) cooling crude product suspension to room temperature, filtering, washing, precipitating and drying to obtain alpha -silver vanadate/graphene oxide ultra-long nanowire composite, ultrasonically dispersing in water to obtain alpha -silver vanadate/graphene oxide dispersion, and (iv) adding trisodium phosphate aqueous solution and silver nitrate aqueous solution into alpha -silver vanadate/graphene oxide dispersion, stirring for 0.5-5 hours in dark, centrifugating and drying.
