NOVELTY - Preparing high-performance nickel sulfide-graphene composite electrode material comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically treating to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution, (ii) dissolving nickel nitrate and thiourea into deionized water, stirring until completely dissolved, and adding potassium hydroxide solution dropwise to adjust pH to obtain mixed solution, (iii) adding graphene oxide dispersion solution obtained in step (i) to mixed solution obtained in step (ii) and stirring thoroughly, (iv) placing mixed solution obtained in step (iii) in microwave oven and rapidly heating microwave to obtain a sample, (v) collecting and transferring sample obtained in step (iv) to reaction kettle, and performing hydrothermal treatment to obtain nickel sulfide-graphene product, and (vi) centrifuging nickel sulfide-graphene product, washing with deionized water for multiple times, and freeze-drying to obtain nickel sulfide-graphene composite material. USE - The electrode material is useful in the fields of electrochemical energy storage and other electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method: saves time and energy; and realizes high yield without adding any modifiers and activators.
