NOVELTY - Graphene/SiCnw composite film modified carbon fiber composite material comprises composite preform impregnated with liquid resin and cured to obtain the composite material. The composite preform comprises multiple layers of carbon fiber cloth, and a graphene/SiCnw composite film is embedded between the plurality of layers of carbon fiber cloth. The graphene/SiCnw composite film is a self-supporting graphene/SiCnw composite film with SiCnw uniformly distributed between graphene sheets in an inserting way. USE - Graphene/SiCnw composite film modified carbon fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber composite material has obviously improved thermal mechanical property, longitudinal heat conduction and electric conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing graphene/SiCnw composite film modified carbon fiber composite material, which involves: (1) respectively adding graphene and SiCnw into a dispersing agent solution, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid and a SiCnw dispersion liquid, then adding the SiCnw dispersion liquid into the graphene dispersion liquid, and performing high-speed shearing and homogenizing treatment to prepare a graphene/SiCnw mixed dispersion liquid; (2) preparing a graphene/SiCnw composite from the graphene/SiCnw dispersion liquid by a microporous filter membrane vacuum assisted self-assembly method, freezing a filter, and performing freeze drying treatment and heat treatment; (3) embedding the graphene/SiCnw composite film between layers of carbon fiber cloth to obtain a composite preform, impregnating the composite preform with liquid resin by a vacuum infusion process, and heating, pressurizing and curing.
