NOVELTY - Preparing anthracite based graphene oxide comprises e.g. preparing ultra-clean anthracite powder, adding dispersant, carrying out ultrasonic treatment to prepare dispersion liquid, adding pre-oxidizing agent, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, adding water and filtering, heating in microwave environment, cooling, smashing, sieving to obtain pretreated ultra clean anthracite powder, preparing oxidized anthracite dispersion, preparing graphene oxide colloid solution, centrifuging, adding ammonium sulfate solution, salting, filtering, cleaning, filtering to obtain filter cake. USE - The method is useful for preparing anthracite based graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has good thermal conductivity, excellent strength and high surface area, and great application in electronic circuit, and has stable quality. The method solves difficulty in mass production, unstable product quality, high cost chemical gas phase deposition method, reduces production cost of graphene by using anthracite as raw material, and has simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anthracite based graphene oxide comprises (i) preparing ultra-clean anthracite powder: washing, drying and crushing anthracite, passing through 200 mesh sieve, obtaining anthracite powder, then taking anthracite powder and processing by melting alkali metal hydroxide, then washing with water to pH of 7-8, and drying to obtain ultra clean anthracite powder, (ii) preprocessing ultra clean anthracite powder: adding dispersant in clean anthracite powder, carrying out ultrasonic treatment to prepare dispersion liquid of 0.1-0.5 g/ml, where the dispersant is deionized water, inorganic acid, surfactant solution, or high boiling point solvent, adding pre-oxidizing agent in dispersion and carrying out ultrasonic treatment, where the mass ratio of ultra clean anthracite powder and pre oxidizing agent is 1:0-5, where the pre-oxidizing agent is nitrate, dichromate, sulfate, manganese salt, peroxide, phosphorus oxide or iodine oxide, then adding water and pump filtering, then heating for 5-30 minutes in microwave environment below 400-900 W, naturally cooling, smashing, sieving to obtain pretreated ultra clean anthracite powder, (iii) preparing oxidized anthracite dispersion: adding intercalating agent in pre processed ultra clean anthracite powder to prepare intercalating agent dispersion of 0.1-5 g/ml, where the intercalating agent is inorganic acid and inorganic salt, then carrying out ultrasonic treatment of intercalating agent dispersion at 20 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, adding oxidizing agent, where the mass ratio oxidizing agent and pretreated ultra clean anthracite powder is 1:2-10, the oxidizing agent is perchloric acid, nitric acid, vitriol, persulfate, permanganate, chlorate or perchlorate, adding aromatization catalyst in dispersion, where the mass ratio ultra clean anthracite powder and aromatization catalyst is 100:0-10, where the aromatization catalyst is cuprous chloride, ferric chloride, ferrous chloride, zinc chloride, nickel chloride, manganese chloride, molybdenum trioxide, ammonium molybdate, molybdenum phosphide or zinc phosphide, adding oxidizing agent and aromatization catalyst in intercalation agent dispersion, carrying out ultrasonic dispersing treatment for 0.5-2 hours under the environment of 30-50 degrees C, then adding equal intercalating agent and deionized water in dispersion, placing at 70-100 degrees C for 1-5 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide in deionized water-intercalating agent dispersion, where the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide and pretreated ultra clean anthracite powder is 1:5-20, filtering, washing to obtain oxidized anthracite dispersion, (iv) preparing graphene oxide colloid solution: subjecting oxidized anthracite dispersion for ultrasonic peeling off process, where the ultrasonic power is 100-600 W, time is 1-5 hours, obtaining graphene oxide colloid solution, and (v) preparing graphene oxide: centrifuging graphene oxide colloid solution, where the rotating speed is 4000 revolutions/minute, centrifugal time is 5 minutes, taking the supernatant, then adding 2-5% ammonium sulfate solution in supernatant, after salting, filtering, using de-ionized water to clean to obtain filter cake, then washing by alcohol, drying, and preparing graphene oxide.
