NOVELTY - Graphene coating useful comprises 20-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-30 pts. wt. solvent, 1-8 pts. wt. auxiliaries, 10-70 pts. wt. anti-rust filler, 50-100 pts. wt. diluent, 1-15 pts. wt. nano silica, 1-20 pts. wt. mica flakes, 1-20 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 15-190 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.05-4 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 5-60 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The graphene coating is useful for building aluminum templates without demolding agent (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene coating for building aluminum templates without demolding agent (1) adding epoxy resin, solvent and auxiliary agent to the dispersion tank and stirring at low speed, (2) adding the anti-rust filler into the dispersion tank, dispersing uniformly at a high speed, and then grinding to a fineness of less than 30 mu m with a sanding cabinet, (3) adding a predetermined proportion of diluent to the epoxy resin and stirring to obtain an epoxy resin solution, (4) adding a predetermined proportion of nano-silica, mica flakes, montmorillonite, and zinc powder to the epoxy resin solution and stirring, (5) adding a predetermined proportion of graphene to the mixed solution and stirring, (6) adding a predetermined leveling agent and curing agent to the mixed solution and stirring to obtain the graphene coating, (7) performing sandblasting or shot blasting on the surface of the aluminum template, spraying the obtained graphene coating on the surface of the aluminum template by a spraying machine.
