▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing anti-corrosion coating involves preparing graphene oxide. The isocyanate modified graphene is prepared by modifying graphene oxide with isophorone diisocyanate and reducing it with benzoquinone. A polyaspartic acid ester is obtained by the addition of dioctyl maleate and ethylenediamine through Michael addition. A polyaspartic acid ester is used as a raw material, HDI is a curing agent, and isocyanate-modified graphene is used as a modifier. The other auxiliary agents are mixed to prepare coating followed by curing to obtain anti-corrosion coating. USE - Method for preparing anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare anti-corrosion coating, which is waterproof, preserves the excellent performance of the traditional polyurea coating, overcomes the disadvantages that the traditional polyurea gel time is too fast and special equipment is required for construction.
