NOVELTY - Aluminum and aluminum alloy surface coating preparation involves preparing graphite oxide to graphene sheet material, where the graphene oxide sheet is dispersed in deionized water to obtain an aqueous solution of graphene oxide. The aluminum plate is immersed in an aqueous solution of graphene oxide. The soaked aluminum plate is dried, and then the dried aluminum plate is treated by sodium borohydride solution to form a uniform dense protective layer graphene. USE - Method for preparation aluminum and aluminum alloy surface coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares compact aluminum alloy surface coating with significantly reduced corrosion speed of aluminum plate, and increases anti-corrosion property.
