▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene composite conductive ink comprises 10-20 pts. wt. resin, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene nano-silver powder, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 10-20 pts. wt. organic solvent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as graphene composite conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite conductive ink has strong adhesion and high hardness, high conductivity and low resistivity; and increases the number of conductive network paths; and improves the conductive network of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene composite conductive ink comprising (i) adding resin and organic solvent into high-speed shear disperser and then performing high-speed shear dispersion for 20-40 minutes to obtain first solution, (ii) adding graphene nano-silver powder and carbon nanotubes into the first solution obtained in the step (i), and continuously high speed cutting and dispersing for 30-60 minutes, then adding dispersing agent, antifoaming agent and antioxidant and then continuously stirring for 20-40 minutes, and (iii) continuously ultrasonically dispersing the mixture obtained in the step (ii) using three-roll mill for 2-4 hours, then three times of grinding by the three-roll mill to obtain uniform slurry i.e. graphene composite conductive ink.
