NOVELTY - Polymerization of graphene and vinyl chloride involves adding deionized water to reaction flask, adding intercalating agent, dissolving, adding graphene, heating, adding emulsified micelles and aqueous solution of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether, obtaining processed graphene, adding deionized water to reactor, adding dispersing agent, pH buffering agent and processed graphene, introducing nitrogen gas, adding vinyl chloride monomer and initiator, heating, polymerizing, adding polymerization terminating agent, centrifuging and obtaining graphene/polyvinyl chloride composite resin. USE - Polymerization of graphene and vinyl chloride (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite resin having excellent heat resistance, aging resistance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polymerization of graphene and vinyl chloride involves adding 400 ml deionized water to a reaction flask, adding 1-10 g intercalating agent, dissolving, adding 4-50 g graphene, stirring for 15 minutes, ultrasonically processing for 15-30 minutes, heating to 70 degrees C, adding 2.4-30 g emulsified micelles as protective agent and 200 ml aqueous solution of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether, stirring, ultrasonically processing for 60-120 minutes, obtaining processed graphene, adding 10 kg deionized water to reactor, stirring, adding dispersing agent, adding buffering agent, adding processed graphene, stirring for 30 minutes, introducing nitrogen gas, adding 5000 g vinyl chloride monomer, stirring for 60 minutes, adding initiator, heating to 56.5 degrees C, performing polymerization reaction for 3-4 hours, adding polymerization terminating agent, discharging, centrifuging and obtaining graphene/polyvinyl chloride composite resin.
