NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene/transition metal oxide nanocomposite involves preparing graphite oxide powder on carbon nanomaterials, dispersing the graphite oxide powder into a polyol solvent, treating the solution with ultrasonic waves, dispersing a transition metal precursor into the solution, and adjusting the pH value of solution to 8-13, pulse-irradiating dispersed solution with microwaves of 200-1000 W per 5-20 seconds for 3-20 minutes, and thermally treating the irradiated solution at 200-400 degrees C. USE - Manufacture of graphene/transition metal oxide nanocomposite used for super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/transition metal oxide nanocomposite is efficiently manufactured.
