NOVELTY - Silicone rubber leather material comprises base cloth and silicone rubber material coated on the base cloth. The silicone rubber material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl silicone rubber base, 0.5-1 pts. wt. polyvinyl silicone oil, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. platinum catalyst, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. inhibitor and 1-5 pts. wt. hydrophobic auxiliary agent. The hydrophobic auxiliary agent comprises 5.5-10 pts. wt. hollow silicon dioxide, 1.5-3 pts. wt. methyltrimethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 1-1.5 pts. wt. polyamide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. long-lasting antibacterial biological carbon material, and 2-5 pts. wt. epoxy resin. USE - Silicon rubber leather material is used for outdoor furniture, clothes, gloves, bags, and vamp. ADVANTAGE - The silicon rubber leather material has good hydrophobic performance, strong friction resistance, durable antibacterial property and excellent heat aging resistance.
