NOVELTY - A polyimide heating component comprises multidimensional carbon nanomaterials/polyimide heating layer and a polyimide fiber layer substrate. USE - Polyimide heating component used in electric component in market, pure graphene heating film, silicon rubber heating film, and polyethylene terephthalate heating film. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanomaterials have excellent electric conduction and heat conduction performance, and the zero-dimensional, one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional carbon nano materials are compounded to generate synergistic effect on the structure, so that various performances are enhanced. The polyimide fiber layer has excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability. The polyimide heating component prepared by compounding the two materials has high temperature resistance, long service life, high heating speed, adjustable resistance and high electrothermal conversion efficiency.
