NOVELTY - The vehicle has a camera device (3) whose upper end is opened with a connecting pipeline that is connected with an inner cavity (6). A graphene layer (7) is located at the upper end of the inner cavity and is contact with the placing frame. An inner wall of the connecting pipeline is fixedly connected with a magnesium alloy block. The lower end of a compression spring (8) is fixedly connected with a storage bag (9) that is filled with ammonium chloride powder (10). A left end of the camera device is chiselled with a placing groove. A heat-conducting adhesive tape (19) is located at a right end of a waterproof film (18). The left end of the camera device is fixedly connected with a hydrophobic layer (302). USE - All-weather shooting unmanned aerial vehicle for dynamic dewatering.
