▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene composite microsphere is self-assembled by aminated graphene oxide, diiodotyrosine and hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer through covalent bond crosslinking, where the hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer crosslinks the graphene oxide and the diiodotyrosine. USE - The graphene composite microsphere is used for an embolic material and a pharmaceutical preparation (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The various functional groups on the surface of the aminated graphene oxide have specific charges, which can promote blood coagulation and improve the embolism effect. The introduction of hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer can greatly improve the biosafety of graphene oxide and its dispersion stability in blood, and reduces the sticking probability of embolism materials prepared based on graphene composite microspheres. Simultaneously, the iodine group contained in diiodotyrosine can endow the embolic material with a visual embolic effect, which is beneficial to the tracking of the embolization process and the monitoring of the end point of embolism. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a preparation method of the graphene composite microsphere, involving: preparing the aqueous dispersion of the aminated graphene oxide; preparing the isopropanol solution of the diiodotyrosine; mixing the aqueous dispersion of the aminated graphene oxide with the isopropanol solution of the diiodotyrosine to prepare a mixed solution; and adding the hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer to the mixed solution to prepare the graphene composite microspheres; and a pharmaceutical preparation comprising the graphene composite microspheres and medicines, where the medicine is loaded on the graphene composite microsphere.
