▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves adding solution of metal nanowires in a first solvent, where the solution comprises graphene oxide nanosheets solution or graphene nanoribbons solution that are mixed in a second solvent to form solution mixture. The solution mixture is agitated to form the metal nanowires or shell that is coated with of graphene oxide or graphene. The nanowires are dispersed in a polar solvent. The nanowires are collected by centrifugation filtration or filtration process. USE - Method for synthesizing nano-wires comprising a metal nano-wire core and graphene oxide or graphene shell of a transparent electrode in anoptoelectronic device (all claimed) such as displays. Uses include but are not limited to LCD displays, LED displays, photovoltaic devices, touch panels, solar panels, LEDs, organic LEDs, OLED displays and electro-chromic windows. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving synthesizing stability, total transparency or overall conductivity of the films to maintain high optical transparency and better electrical conductivity by coating or wrapping a very thin conformal layer of conductive and chemically stable material on a surface of copper NWs. The method enables performing production of high-quality of the metal nanowires having various sized diameters in nanometer range to generate small scattering effect, so that beneficial effects of transparent conductor applications are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for producing a conducting film of annealed nanowires (2) an optoelectronic device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a graphene oxide wrapping, film deposition and reduction process to fabricate transparent conducting films.
