▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene composite ternary material producing method involves mixing nickel, cobalt, and manganese salt and alkali with oxidizing agent, sintering to obtain nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide salt. The salt is mixed with graphite powder and acidic aqueous solution to obtain mixed liquid. The mixed liquid is mixed with water, added with alkali liquid and subjected for precipitating graphene oxide with metal ions to obtain graphene oxide based ternary material precursor. The precursor is mixed with lithium salt and subjected for high temperature treatment to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for producing graphene composite ternary material for use in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables producing ternary material with high specific capacity and good cycle performance and rate performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene composite ternary material producing method involves mixing nickel, cobalt, and manganese salt and alkali with oxidizing agent, sintering at high temperature to obtain nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide salt. The nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide salt is mixed with graphite powder and acidic aqueous solution to obtain mixed liquid. The mixed liquid is mixed with water, added with alkali liquid for regulating the pH to 8-12 and subjected for precipitating graphene oxide with metal ions to obtain graphene oxide based ternary material precursor. The graphene oxide based ternary material precursor is mixed with lithium salt and subjected for high temperature treatment to obtain the finished product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a graphene composite ternary material (2) graphene oxide ternary material precursor.
