NOVELTY - Graphene modified multifunctional glare laminate comprises glass fiber, aluminum plate and graphene modified adhesive, where the graphene modified adhesive is epoxy resin dispersed with graphene, and the laminate is obtained by adding the graphene modified adhesive to the epoxy resin curing agent, mixing with glass fiber to form a prepreg, the prepreg and aluminum plate are wet-laid to form an alternating layer structure, and forming the graphene modified multifunctional glare laminate by hot pressing and curing. USE - The graphene modified multifunctional glare laminate is used in an aerospace and a transportation application. ADVANTAGE - The laminate has excellent tensile properties, bending performance and electrochemical performance, and meets the versatility requirements of glare laminates during use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene modified multifunctional glare laminate comprising (a) (a1) heating the graphite intercalation compound and expanding in a muffle furnace, and adding to a certain amount of acetone and ultrasonically reacting for certain period of time to obtain a uniform graphene suspension, (b) adding obtained graphene suspension to epoxy resin, and ultrasonically stirring for 1-2 hours to mix the graphene and the epoxy resin uniformly, and volatilizing the acetone to obtain the graphene modified adhesive, (a2) performing mechanical treatment and electrochemical treatment on the surface of the aluminum plate for the multifunctional glare laminate, (b) preparing the surface form a rough surface that is good for bonding, and (c) mixing the graphene modified adhesive added with epoxy resin curing agent and glass fiber to form a prepreg, wet-laying the prepreg alternately layer by layer, placing into a hot autoclave for curing at a preset temperature to obtain the product.
