NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber composite material preparation involves taking styrene butadiene rubber and organic solvents, heating, dissolving, adding nonionic emulsifiers, anionic emulsifiers, defoamers, and deionized water, heating, mixing rubber solution and aqueous emulsifier solution, high-shear emulsifying, vacuum distilling, dispersing aqueous solution of graphene oxide in deionized water, performing ultrasound treatment, dissolving calcium chloride or concentrated sulfuric acid in deionized water, and adding zinc oxide, stearic acid, and antioxidant. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide/solution-polymerized styrene butadiene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low-cost, and easy. The composite material has high mechanical strength, and good wear resistance, and anti-hygroscopic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide/solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber composite material is prepared by taking 100 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber and organic solvents, heating at 30-70 degrees C, stirring at speed of 100-800 revolutions/minute (rpm), dissolving for 2-10 hours to obtain rubber solution, adding nonionic emulsifiers, anionic emulsifiers, defoamers, and deionized water, heating at 30-80 degrees C, stirring for 10-60 minutes at speed of 100-800 rpm to obtain aqueous emulsifier solution, mixing rubber solution and aqueous emulsifier solution, high-shear emulsifying for 10-60 minutes under pH value of 8-12 with emulsifying machine speed of 1000-10000 rpm, recovering organic solvent, vacuum distilling at 50-90 degrees C for 30-120 minutes, centrifuging for 5-30 minutes with speed of 500-2000 rpm to obtain solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber emulsion, dispersing aqueous solution of graphene oxide in deionized water, performing ultrasound treatment for 10-180 minutes under power 100-1500 W and frequency of 1-20 kHz, stirring at 10-60 degrees C for 10-60 minutes at speed of 50-1000 rpm, dissolving 40 g calcium chloride or concentrated sulfuric acid in 4 L deionized water, stirring to obtain flocculant, completely flocculating, washing flocculation gum, drying, milling, adding zinc oxide, stearic acid, and antioxidant, and mixing.
