▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method for producing graphene fiber, involves (i) preparing an oxidized graphene solution, stirring to obtain oxidized graphene spinning solution, (ii) adding spinning solution to a syringe, controlling spinning speed, carrying out wet spinning process to obtain primary oxidized graphene fiber in a coagulation bath which comprises an acid and an alcohol, adjusting the pH with acid, (iii) solidifying the primary oxidized graphene fiber, winding to a bobbin, and performing drying treatment, (iv) treating at 70-90 degrees C under reduction condition of hydroiodic acid, washing and drying. USE - Method for producing graphene fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene fiber has compact dense structure, and breaking strength of the graphene fiber reaches to 118.10 MPa. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for producing graphene fiber, involves (i) preparing an oxidized graphene solution with concentration of 5-20 mg/ml, stirring the mixture at 20-60 degrees C to obtain oxidized graphene spinning solution, (ii) adding the obtained spinning solution to a syringe, controlling spinning speed using a flow pump, carrying out wet spinning process on the spinning solution to obtain primary oxidized graphene fiber in a coagulation bath which comprises an acid and an alcohol, adjusting the pH of the coagulation bath with the acid, controlling the pH of the coagulation bath to 2-7, (iii) solidifying the primary oxidized graphene fiber for 10-600 second, then winding to a bobbin, and carrying out drying treatment and naturally drying, (iv) treating the naturally dried oxidized graphene fiber at 70-90 degrees C under the reduction condition of hydroiodic acid, and then washing and drying to obtain a graphene fiber.
