NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) preparing alloy rod by taking 80-95 pts. wt. aluminum, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-4 pts. wt. magnesium, 0.2-3 pts. wt. iron, 0.2-3 pts. wt. copper, 0.2-3 pts. wt. zinc, 0.1-1 pts. wt. tin, 0.1-1 pts. wt. chromium, 0.1-1 pts. wt. nickel, 0.5-3 pts. wt. manganese nitride, 0.5-3 pts. wt. zirconium nitride, 0.5-3 pts. wt. tungsten nitride, 0.5-3 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 0.5-3 pts. wt. titanium carbide and unavoidable impurities, smelting, then subjecting to hot horizontal continuous casting; (ii) removing oxide layer on the alloy rod surface, coating copper belt, welding the copper and the alloy wire to form copper-clad alloy wire blank under inert atmosphere; (iii) carrying out multiple times of small deformation drawing processing to the blank; cooling under protection of inert gas to obtain copper-clad alloy wire; and (iv) plating tin layer on the copper-clad alloy wire, polishing and passivating to obtain the tinned copper-clad alloy wire. USE - The method is useful for processing tinned copper-clad alloy wire. ADVANTAGE - The method uses aluminum element as substrate, rationally adds graphene, manganese nitride, zirconium nitride, tungsten nitride, silicon nitride and titanium carbide, so as to improve the conductive heat-conducting performance and mechanical performance of the tinned copper-clad alloy wire. The alloy smelting adopts secondary heating, it does not need refining process, the method is simple. The alloy rod continuous casting adopts the temperature of the hot crystallizer close to the alloy melting point. The alloy liquid is nucleated to preferentially grow along the directional solidification direction. The structure of the inner part of the tinned copper-clad alloy wire is stabilized. The strength of the alloy wire and the comprehensive performance of the conductive heat conduction are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for tinned copper-clad alloy wire.
