NOVELTY - Producing copper rod using up-drawing production process comprises (a) inserting crystallizer into copper liquid, (b) fixing crystallizer, then inserting the lead rod into the crystallizer from top to bottom, and making the lead rod contact the copper liquid, and (c) pulling the lead rod upwards, and rewinding after the copper rod meets the standard. In the step (a), before inserting the crystallizer into the copper liquid, fitting a copper isolation sleeve on the lower end of the crystallizer, so that the graphite tube and the protective sleeve of the crystallizer are wrapped. USE - The method is useful for producing copper rod using up-drawing production process. ADVANTAGE - The method: can avoid the graphene squama entering into the copper liquid and affect the quality of the copper rod; and avoids the graphene flake extruded at the bottom of the graphite tube and enter into the copper rod in the production process.
