NOVELTY - High transmittance anti-fog organic glass comprises 43-65 pts. wt. organic glass, 2.3-2.9 pts. wt. anti-fog agent, 12-25 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 12-17 pts. wt. thiodiglycol dimethacrylate, 1.9-4.1 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbing agent, 2.7-4.6 pts. wt. coupling agent and 2.2-4.6 pts. wt. light stabilizer. The organic glass is prepared by 25-39 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 10-15 pts. wt. sorbitol, 6-19 pts. wt. nano-vanadium dioxide powder and 2.3-5.7 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - High transmittance anti-fog organic glass. ADVANTAGE - The high transmittance anti-fog organic glass has improved anti-fogging performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high transmittance anti-fog organic glass, which involves: (A) mixing organic glass with couplingagent, functionalized graphene and thiodiglycol dimethacrylate; (B) , mixing to obtain mixed material; (C) adding anti-fog, auxiliary agent and ultraviolet absorbent and light stabilizer; (D) mixing to obtain mixed material; (E) adding mixed material to the double screw extruder hopper; (F) adding mixed material rom the side of the feeder, where screw speedis set as 500-650r/min; (G) carrying out melting; (H) vacuum drying the pellets for 2-4h; and (I) usingmoulding machine to obtain the desired product.
