▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A ternary composite material comprises molybdenum-based polyacid, polyaniline and graphene oxide, where the mass ratio of molybdenum-based polyacid and polyaniline/graphene oxide array is (0.3-0.6):1, The polyaniline array has height of 50-100 nm. USE - The ternary composite material is useful as electrode material of an electrochemical supercapacitor (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of ternary composite material, which involves (1) dispersing graphene oxide in mixed solution of perchloric acid solution and ethanol, and adding aniline monomer and ammonium persulfate to induce polymerization reaction at -20 degrees C to - 5 degrees C to get polyaniline/graphene oxide array, and (2) dispersing polyaniline/graphene oxide array obtained in step (1) in hydrochloric acid solution, ultrasonically dispersing, adding molybdenum-based polyacid, stirring at room temperature for 24-60 hours, and centrifugally washing to remove free polyacid to get product; and (2) application method of ternary composite material as electrode material of an electrochemical supercapacitor, which involves uniformly mixing molybdenum-based polyacid/polyaniline/graphene oxide ternary composite material with conductive carbon black and binder polyvinylidene fluoride in mass ratio of 85:10:5, coating obtained fluid on carbon paper, and drying at 100 degrees C for 24 hours to get supercapacitor electrode.
