▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene aerogel-polyimine film material has: polyimine and graphene aerogel in a mass ratio of 6-200:1. USE - Used as graphene aerogel-polyimine film material. ADVANTAGE - The film material: has excellent conductivity; and realizes repairability and recycling by reversibility of imine bond, which provides a new idea for sustainable development of flexible electronic material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the film material, comprising: (i) adding dialdehyde compound into organic solvent with good solubility of dialdehyde compound, completely dispersing, adding graphene aerogel, magnetically and ultrasonically stirring, and completely dispersing to obtain first solution; where the mass ratio of dialdehyde and graphene aerogel is 3-130:1; and the concentration of solute and solvent is 30-150 mg/ml; (ii) uniformly dispersing diamine compound amine source and triamine compound cross-linking agent in solvent to obtain second solution, uniformly mixing second solution with first solution, and pouring into mold to form film; where the molar ratio of diamine compound and triamine compound in second solution is 3-4:5; and the concentration of solute and solvent is 20-210 mg/ml; and the molar ratio of the dialdehyde compound in mixture of first solution and second solution to triamine compound is 2-3:1; and (iii) processing film in mold by using gradient heating method; where gradient heating method involves: placing film in mold for 0.5-3 hours at room temperature to change film from solution state to latex state, heating at 40 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours to change film from latex state to colloid state, continuously heating at 60-65 for 4-12 hours, then heating at 75-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours, and finally heating at 85-90 for 2-4 hours; and (iv) performing hot pressing treatment to film for 1-6 hours at 80-100 degrees C.
