NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial and antistatic polyurethane fiber involves adding and mixing 25 pts. wt. graphene oxide aqueous dispersion having a mass concentration of 2 mg/g, 0.01 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, and a first mixed solution is obtained. After mixing the low DBP value nano carbon black and the high DBP value nano carbon black in a mass ratio of 3 to 5: 1, a mixed nano carbon black is obtained. 0.16 to 0.3 pts. wt. nano-carbon black is added into the first mixed liquid, and stirring and reacting at 100 degrees C for 1 h to obtain a mixed dispersion liquid. The DBP value of the high DBP nanocarbon black is 360 to 400, and the DBP value of the low DBP nano carbon black is 200 to 280. The mixed dispersion liquid is washed to neutrality, 5 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide is added, heated to 70 degrees C, and water is removed by distillation under reduced pressure to obtain a second mixed liquid. USE - Method for preparing antibacterial and antistatic polyurethane fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare antibacterial and antistatic polyurethane fiber, which make the traditional polyurethane fiber exhibit excellent antistatic and antibacterial effects, has good spinnability, stable performance, low cost, low industrialization difficulty, and significant practical value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The second mixed solution and the polyurethane fiber spinning solution with a mass concentration of 25 to 40% are mixed uniformly at a mass ratio of 1: 5, and the antibacterial and antistatic polyurethane fiber is obtained by wet spinning.
