NOVELTY - Repairing reduced graphene oxide comprises (i) dispersing reduced graphene oxide in a solvent to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, adding a first Lewis acid and methyl or methylene containing compound, microwave processing and reacting, refluxing and reacting to obtain a first crude product, (ii) adding a second Lewis acid and aromatic hydrocarbon repair agent into the first crude product and reacting to obtain a second crude product, and (iii) mixing the second crude product, metal powder catalyst and a third Lewis acid to obtain a third mixture, reacting and annealing. USE - The method is useful for repairing reduced graphene oxide (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Repairing reduced graphene oxide comprises (i) dispersing reduced graphene oxide in a solvent to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, adding a first Lewis acid and methyl or methylene containing compound into the graphene dispersion liquid to obtain a first mixture, microwave processing and reacting the first mixture at 300-900 watts for 0.5-2 hours, refluxing and reacting for 3-5 hours, purifying and drying to obtain a first crude product, (ii) adding a second Lewis acid into the first crude product, adding aromatic hydrocarbon repair agent, mixing to obtain second mixture, reacting the second mixture to obtain molten solid, separating and purifying the molten solid to obtain a second crude product, and (iii) mixing the second crude product, metal powder catalyst and a third Lewis acid to obtain a third mixture, reacting the third mixture in the carbon source containing protective gas atmosphere at 450-500 degrees C for 1-2 hours, annealing in a vacuum environment at 200-350 degrees C for 5-8 hours, cooling to room temperature, separating and purifying.
