▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing polylactic acid composite material, comprises: (i) melt blending glycidyl methacrylate, silicon dioxide-loaded graphene powder, toughening agent and polyethylene wax, extruding, and granulating to obtain mixed particles; and (ii) extruding the mixed particles and polylactic acid, and drawing to obtain polylactic acid composite material. The silicon dioxide-loaded graphene compound is obtained by compounding tannic acid-graphene compound and aminated silicon dioxide in a mass ratio of 1:(3-8). USE - The polylactic acid composite material is useful in three-dimensional (3D) printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polylactic acid composite material improves the compatibility of each component, and efficiently improves the tensile strength, impact strength, bending strength and mechanical properties of the composite material.
