NOVELTY - Producing a graphite powder comprises e.g. taking natural crystalline flake graphite or artificial graphite as raw material, adding oxidant for oxidation reaction to prepare oxidized graphite, then adding intercalation agent for intercalation reaction, after finishing intercalation reaction, filtering the reaction liquid, washing the filtered solid to neutral, drying, obtaining the dried intercalated graphite, using the grinding device to grind and sieve the dried intercalated graphite, obtaining expandable graphite, crushing the expandable graphite by a crusher, then using the stirring device to stir the crushed expandable graphite uniformly, where the stirring device comprises a bottom plate, the top of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a bottom frame, and the right side of the top part of the bottom frame is fixedly connected with an extending frame, and the inner part of the extending frame is fixed with a stirring tank. USE - The graphite powder is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: provides the left side of the top part of the bottom plate with a receiving mechanism; uses the third motor to provide power through the annular rack; uses big gear and small gear transmission power, which can drive the material collecting cylinder uniformly rotate, and matched with the hydraulic rod; uses a mounting plate and a cleaning brush, which is convenient to clean the inner wall of the material receiving cylinder after taking the material. The two sides of the switching box are fixedly installed with a handle, and the inner part of the switching box is provided with a filtering mechanism.
