NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene nonwoven fabric involves (1) mixing polymerized monomer with deionized water to prepare solution, adding dispersant and pore-foaming agent, and stirring, (2) adding graphite powder to obtained solution, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene suspension mixed solution (A), (3) heating solution (A), adding crosslinking agent, and ultrasonically dispersing to form a graphene suspension mixed solution (B), (4) uniformly spraying solution (B) using a sprayer on upper and lower surface layers of non-woven fabric, and performing surface hydrophilic finishing treatment to obtain pretreated nonwoven fabric substrate, (5) configuring initiator as a solution, uniformly spraying on two surface layers of the substrate using a double sprayer, performing crosslinking polymerization, forming a graphene coating on a surface of non-woven fabric substrate with crosslinked structure to obtain graphene nonwoven fabric, and (6) drying fabric in oven. USE - Preparation method of graphene nonwoven fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The concentration of the solution prepared in the step (1) is 25-65%. The stirring time in the step (1) is 5-30 minutes. The ultrasonically dispersion time in the step (2) is 15-220 minutes. In the step (3), the heating temperature is 42-85 degrees C, and the ultrasonically dispersing time is 3-30 minutes. In the step (6), the drying temperature is 110-170 degrees C.
