▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor chip, comprises, from bottom to top, a substrate 1, a gold film 2, a graphene oxide layer 3 and a perfluoroalkane chain functionalization layer. USE - SPR sensor chip for detecting perfluorinated compounds including perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, perfluorohexanoic acid, perfluorononanoic acid and perfluorooctane carboxylic acid (claimed) in food packaging bags, non-stick pans, textiles, waterproofing agents, electroplating agents, foam fire extinguishing agents and other production and daily necessities. ADVANTAGE - The surface plasma resonance sensing chip reduces instability and high detection limit of the perfluorinated compound detection method, is more energy-saving and environment-friendly chip, and has improved reaction efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for preparing the surface plasmon resonance sensor chip, which involves: a. coating a layer of gold film on the substrate; b. adding mercaptoethylamine ethanol solution to the gold film, reacting and removing the mercaptoethylamine ethanol solution to obtain a mercaptoethylamine-modified gold film; c. adding graphene oxide solution to the mercaptoethylamine-modified gold film and removing the graphene oxide solution to obtain graphene oxide layer; d. modifying the perfluoroalkane chain functionalization layer on the graphene oxide layer; and e. adding silylation reagent solution and the activator to the graphene oxide layer and reacting to obtain a silylated graphene oxide layer, where the surface of the silylated graphene oxide layer is modified with a perfluoroalkane chain to prepare the surface plasmon resonance sense chip; and 2. a method for detecting perfluorinated compounds, which involves: a. obtaining a standard curve of concentration and SPR angle change; b. loading the SPR sensor chip into surface plasmon resonance sensor and measuring the initial SPR angle (alpha0) after injecting a blank solvent; c. preparing N standard solutions containing different concentrations of perfluorinated compounds, where N is greater than or equal to 3; d. injecting each standard solution into the reaction well cell of the SPR sensor chip; e. measuring the SPR angle alpha1-alphan of each standard solution; f. obtaining a variation of the solution SPR angle relative to the initial SPR angle; g. injecting the sample to be tested into the reaction well cell of the surface plasmon resonance sensor chip; and h. measuring the SPR angle of the sample to be tested, obtaining the variation of the SPR angle and bringing into the standard curve of the concentration and the variation of the SPR angle to obtain concentration of perfluorinated compounds in the sample to be tested.
